MJP Online Property Lawyers recognise exceptional talent with promotions

MJP Conveyancing, online property lawyers, are excited to announce the promotions of three exceptional members of their team. Matthew Dugdale will become the Head of Residential Property,Thomas Keene will take on the post of Head of Purchase Transactions, and Victoria Steer will become the Head of Sale Transactions.




Matthew Dugdale is a senior conveyancing solicitor, with a focus on complex residential conveyancing transactions. His forte lies in specialised areas, such as leasehold and new build properties. He was admitted as a solicitor in January 2006 and has been providing excellent service ever since. In 2020, he rejoined MJP, where he had worked from 2013 to 2018.



Thomas Keene is a senior solicitor and supervisor who qualified in 2016. He joined MJP in 2019, having trained and qualified at law firms in the East of England. Thomas studied law at the University of Hertfordshire and graduated with first-class honours in 2012. He subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course in Cambridge with distinction. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys playing cricket, darts, and taking walks in the countryside with his wife and their dog Tilly.





Victoria Steer attended the University of Suffolk and is a paralegal whose passion for reading extends to collecting Stephen King books, of which she has over 500. She joined MJP in 2021 and is thrilled to be taking on the role of Head of Sale Transactions.
