Bold aim to repair division between conveyancers and estate agents

Rob Hailstone, the founder of Bold Legal Group, says conveyancing work is becoming more challenging than it was 15 years ago, and property transactions are taking longer. 

He warns that the increasing demands of clients are putting pressure on the relationship between conveyancers and estate agents, and that relationships between the two can be fraught. 

In a session exploring a better working relationship between the two, Rob Hailstone posed the question: "Why do agents and conveyancers fight like cats and dogs?". 

Rob Hailstone organised the first-ever National Conveyancing Week, starting on 20 March, which has a full agenda of online and pre-recorded events aimed at bringing together key players in the sector.
