Help to Buy deadline has been extended from 31st January 2023 to 17th March 2023.

The official Help to Buy deadline has been extended from 31st January 2023 to 17th March 2023.

A government spokesperson said: "Supporting aspiring homeowners is a priority. We want to make sure people don't lose out on their homes, so we've extended the deadline accordingly."

Though the legal completion date remains 31st March, it's likely some cases will miss this - if so, developers must refund customers' reservation fees.
