The recent changes to the housing market are beginning to settle.  Prices have dropped, although the consensus is that they are unlikely to fall very much further.    It’s very much a buyer’s market.  

As for sales, no seller wants to accept that their home may be worth less but the reality is that since purchasing, a seller should still be selling for a higher price.
